We have assisted independent climbers, private groups and government-backed expeditions all the way to the summit. 1. Mr P. Chowang Sherpa , Managing Director : Chowang Sherpa has over 20 years experience in the trekking & mountaineering business. Having organized & led countless expeditions in the Himalaya, Chowang was the first Nepali to summit Mt. McKinley. He was the first Sherpa to climb Denali in 1989, as well as working in Europe as a climbing guide and he runs a trekking agency in Kathmandu, Nepal. His encyclopedic knowledge of Nepal is a great asset. He started as a porter then progressed to be a respected cook, then to an accomplished climbing Sherpa and is now owner of his own trekking company. Mr. Sherpa has traveled extensively throughout North America and Europe. He knows Nepal and the west. |

2. Mr. Dawa Lama , General Manager :
Dawa S. Lama, a young & energetic General Manager of Arun Treks & Expedition. He enrolled with tourism industry in the year 1999. Initially he did the job of finance manager for couple of years. He completed his master's in business studies (MBS) in financial management from Thibhuban University. He is orginally from the very eastern part of Nepal, foot of Mt Kanchenjunga, world's 3rd highest peak. As being the student of management & engaged with team ARUN since longtime, he is looking after the Himalayas trekking & mountaineering expedition operating system of Arun Treks & Expedition.

| 3. Mr. Gautam Wagle , Administrative Officer cum A/C : |

After completing his school education from the Gorkha, (a western part of historic place, Nepal) Mr. Wagle has been moved to Kathmandu for the higher education. In the mean time, he had involved in many Travel/Trekking companies for his job career with his study. He has been relating in this tourism sector since 1996. He had started his working career from Viking Adventures (P) Ltd as an Administrative Asst. cum GRO for 1.5 years. Then he worked in Nilgiri Expedition as the Office Manager. He has also worked Manager cum Accountant in Himalayan Icefall Trekking (P) Ltd for more than 6 years. Since 2007 January, Mr. Wagle has been working in this Arun Treks & Expedition as the Administrative Officer. He is an MBS, with majoring Finance, from TU, Nepal. He is very painstaking, punctual and very good dealing capacity with clients and the accounting systems. He is fluent in English, Hindi languages and has also the enough experience in the trekking field as well. |

4. Mr. Thupden Sherpa |

Thupden Sherpa was born in cozy environment of Darjeeling, completed his schooling & College from North Bengal University, West Bengal, India. He is fluent in English, Hindi and Nepalese , also very knowledgeable about the local culture and environment. He is a patient, caring and dedicated person who carries out all responsibilities. Mr Sherpa joined this office recently and shown a tremendous work with in a short duration |

Ngima Nuru Sherpa, High Altitude Climbing Sherpa
Mr Sherpa is experienced & very professional high altitude climbing sherpa of ARUN. He started to climbing the mountain in early age of 18. Still he is very enough young. He is one of the dynamic climbing sherpa among the Arun sherpa team. He counted of Mt Everest summit 9 times including the year 2007 summit. More over he successfully climbed Mt Cho Ouy (8210m), Mt Shishapangam ( 8013m) & many more mountain in Nepal & Tibet as well. He is very honest & hard working guy. His English speaking is good. He one of the strongest high altitude sherpa man amount ARUN sherpa team. He has still chance to break the record of maximum Everest summit countdown because of his climbing spririt & age of 26 at the moment. |

Pasang Sherpa, High Altitude Climbing Sherpa
Mr Sherpa is very young high altitude sherpa. He is very very hard working & honest guy. He has a kind of mountain climbing spirit therefore he wants to do challenging peak climbing. He is very co operative & help to clients & sherpa staff as well. He speaks English good. He doesn’t speak too much but very serious over the given responsibilities. |

Da Onchhu Sherpa, High Altitude Climbing Sherpa
Mr Da Onchhu is experienced high altitude sherpa. He is nice & honest sherpa staff. As far as concern about his 8000 meters mountaineering expeditions, he did couple of successful 8000 meters expedition including Mt Everest 2 times & Mt Cho Oyu 3 times. More over he already successfully climbed most of the popular trekking peaks in Nepal. He speaks English very good. He has the capability to lead the group. Sonam Bhote, High Altitude Climbing Sherpa
Mr Bhote is a professional high altitude climbing sherpa & trekking leader of ARUN. He is enough young & one of the dynamic staff among the Arun sherpa team. He is very honest & hard working guy. His English is excellent. He did his education from Darjeeling, India. He is our future expedition leader. |

Dawa Tshiri Sherpa, Expedition Climbing Sirdar
Mr sherpa is a professional mountain climber. He summit Mt Everest 4th times & did the summit of Makalu, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Cho Oyu, Shishapamgma & many more successful mountaineering expeditions to Tibet & Nepal. He has long experience about the trekking & mountaineering expeditions. He is also a very co operative & helpful sherpa towards to the client. The most important point is, he is very honest & hard working sherpa staff. He is good in speaking English. He has long experience about the Himalayas mountaineering expeditions.

Dorjee Khatri, High Altitude Climbing Sherpa
Mr. Dorje khatri is the 2nd person from Brahmin caste who made the successful summit climb of Mt Everest. He totally made 2 summit of Mt Everest. He is also a very good expedition cook. In the beginning, he started to his career with Kitchen boy, then cook and finally he is one of the best reliable climber. During the expedition he will be reserved Cook as well if some thinks happen to the main Cook. He is very nice & hard working man. He never go away incompletion of his given duty. He speaks English good. |

Namgya Sherpa, Expedition Climbing Sirdar
Mr Sherpa is our best high altitude climber & he is our trekking Leader as well. He reached on the summit of Mt Everest 6th times using the both climbing route ( North & South). More over, he climbed Mt Everest without using the supplementary oxygen as well. He is enough strong to climb the mountains & very hard working man. He always treats to the client very friendly & in a nice environment. He is full of all the characters in order to climb mountain & lead the team. He speaks English excellent. He never failed on his several Mt Everest expeditions therefore we appreciate his mountain climbing performances. Plus he is so committed man, he can complete his job on time |

Mr sherpa is a very hard working & very nice sherpa man. His performances during working with us is excellent, we have received excellent feedback form the client about him. He can speak English good. He has a kind of mountain climbing energy therefore he is enough strong to ferry the loads to the higher camps. He started the mountaineering profession very late but he has good spirits to climb the mountains. |

Mr sherpa is a very young mountain climber. He has good mountaineering skills including the rescue techniques. He is very hard working & very nice sherpa man. His performances during working with us is excellent, we have received excellent feedback form the client about Kusang Sherpa. He can do conservation with client, it means he speak English very good. Lhakpa Rangdu Sherpa, Expedtion Climbing Sirdar
Mr Lhakpa is working with ARUN since the year 2001. In the beginning he joined with ARUN as the camp II cook, but he has shown us the outstanding performances therefore
Now he is our senior Mountaineering expedition climbing sirdar. He climbed several trekking peaks which I didn’t mention in the above details. He speaks English good. He is very friendly to the clients & very hard working sherpa. He did several mountaineering expedition in the past days with different nationals clients as climbing sherpa & some time as climbing sirdar, he always made the expedition successful without any major problems. |

Mr Lhakpa Nuru Sherpa, High Altitude Climbing Sherpa
Mr Lhakpa Nuru Sherpa, who has been working in our team since 1995, He has climbed Mt. Everest 6 times,(both south and North ridge). He also successfully climbed most of the trekking peaks in Nepal and Tibet.
Mr Sherpa is nice & hard working guy. Most of the clients like him very much after over looking his climbing skills. He is enough young for climbing the mountain & he is our one of the strongest climbing sherpa staff. |
